"Great teachers care more about your success than you, because they can see your potential before you can even see it. I was blessed with great teachers who molded me into my best, and genuine friends whom comfort my soul during my years at CADH. My personal educational experiences at CADH taught me many things, but the three most important lessons that have brought success in my career include: honesty, perseverance, and self directed learning. In clinic and theories, I remembered being challenged with simple to difficult questions, concepts, and theories by my instructors. These faculties were unified and held high expectations over my responsibility to my clients and the deliverance of my professionalism. Excuses were unacceptable, as they would always reminded me “because society give you a level of trust to give them the best evidenced base care.” My success didn’t come without failures and I have many failures during my early semesters - shed many tears and anger. Until I learn to be honest about what I don’t know, then continuously directing myself to research and learn until I know it. Ultimately, these skills along with the continuous challenge to apply theories to clinic have successfully prepared me for the National Board Exam. When reflected on my positive experiences at CADH, I owe my instructors for the professionalism and expectation that they have blessed on me and my dearest friends for all the laughters and memories.
To the future students at CADH, I wish you with the same instructors that molded me – those that care more about you than you do; give you higher expectations than you give to yourself; challenge your thoughts and process; expect actions rather than excuses – I recommend you as I would recommend to my friends to a great start at CADH.
