Restorative Dental Hygiene Diploma
Entry Requirements
Students accepted into the restorative dental hygiene program must be currently registered with a dental hygiene regulatory body. Please note that there is no fee to apply. Admission Requirements
- Be registered as a dental hygienist in good standing
- Interview with the admissions representative
- Upon registration, submit:
- Proof of certification in Standard First Aid (SFA) and CPR-C and Basic Life Support (BLS), including training on the use of bag-valve-mask (BVM/Ambu bag) devices must be obtained in the calendar year of the scheduled start date and renewed annually while enrolled in the program.
- Confidential current immunization report to be completed by a physician (detailed information on immunization requirements are available on request).
- “Clear” Police Vulnerable Sector Check (must be valid annually and be for individuals that are working or volunteering with vulnerable individuals), which must be renewed annually while in the program
