Build your dental hygiene future in Ontario
Study Dental Hygiene in Mississauga, in the Greater Toronto Area. CADH’s 79-week program combines clinical learning with personal admissions guidance to help you plan your next step. The next intake is expected to start April 12, 2027.

1. Start with your school records
Tell Tina where you studied. She can give you the correct destination for your official high school and postsecondary transcripts and explain the remaining assessment, observation and interview steps. Dental Hygiene admission requirements
If your offer has conditions, ask Tina which items are still needed, who will review them and when they are due. Check these before making travel plans.
Find your province’s transcript steps below. Tina can help you work through your application, funding questions and plans to move to Mississauga.
Alberta
Use myPass for your official high school transcript. Confirm where to send it before ordering. Order an Alberta transcript
British Columbia
Use StudentTranscripts Service. If CADH does not appear in the school list, ask Tina which delivery method CADH accepts. B.C. delivery options
Nova Scotia
Ask your former high school to send your record directly. If it has closed, check with the regional education office. Nova Scotia transcript guidance
Newfoundland and Labrador
Use the provincial request form and the recipient details Tina confirms. Official transcript request form (PDF)
Another province or territory
Tell Tina where you went to school and that you are applying for Dental Hygiene. Ask which documents she needs and where to send them.
2. Financing and funding options
Government funding is available to those who qualify. Email Alyshia in Financial Aid.
Alyshia can explain the options that may apply to you, the documents needed and the next steps. Ask for the current cost and payment information privately so you can plan your studies and move. Explore financing and funding options.
Before your funding appointment, have your home province, intended intake and funding questions ready. Ask which options need a separate application and when you can expect a decision.
3. Check what it takes to practise at home
Tell Tina which province you hope to work in. Ask for its regulator’s current examination and registration requirements for graduates of this program. Recheck them before graduating.
Clinical learning at CADH
Ask Tina how clinical training works and what support is available when you are moving from another province. Ask about clinical training.
4. Plan your move once you know your dates
Ask Tina to connect you with Michelle to confirm your first required campus day in writing before signing a lease or booking travel. Compare housing, transit and your arrival plan.
Before you book travel or choose housing:
- Get your first required campus date and attendance expectations in writing.
- Compare your housing budget, travel time and transit options.
- Confirm your funding decisions and when funds will be available.
- Plan your arrival and ask who to contact if your plans change.
5. Take your next admissions step
Already speaking with Tina? Reply in the same email conversation. In your message, include the province you live in now, where you would be moving from, your intended intake and your main question. If you have already moved for school, say where you lived before that move. Ask what to do next and when. tpittman@cadh.ca
