The Canadian Academy of Dental Health and Community Sciences (CADH) is proud to announce the finalization of an Articulation Agreement with Thompson Rivers University, Open Learning (TRU-OL). This agreement allows Dental Hygienists the opportunity to complete TRU-OL’s Bachelor of Health Science program.
Through TRU-OL’s Bachelor of Health Science program, successful graduates of the CADH Dental Hygiene program have the opportunity to attain maximum credit for the pre-assessed CADH courses in a streamlined process (54 credits), ability to continue their education while working, and flexible course delivery options.
TRU-OL has listed the following as requirements for the Bachelor of Health Science (http://www.tru.ca/distance/ partnerships/partners/ transfer/t/1.html ):

Minimum 45 credits at the upper A� A�(300 and 400) level
*
Minimum grade point average (GPA) A� A�of 2.0
*
6 credits in first-year English A� A�(university-level or equivalent) if not granted as part of the block A� A�transfer from the diploma

3 credits in introductory A� A�statistics
*
3 credits in humanities (other A� A�than English)
*
3 credits in social and A� A�behavioural research methods (upper level)
*
6 credits in health issues (upper level, taken through A� A�TRU-OL)
